NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST has announced the details of its NEW ALBUM “ARGOS”, which will be released on May 4 (Wed), and released its new artist profile picture.
Having endlessly generated much buzz throughout last year with the release of the single “THE ONE”, the holding of its extraordinary 6-days concerts “6DAYS OF CHAOS” at Shibuya Cyclone, and its Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka concert tour “THE AKASHIC BREAK TOUR”, this will be NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST’s first full-length album release in approximately 8 years.
Announced this time, the album “ARGOS” gets its name from the giant “Argos” who appears in Greek mythology and is said to have a hundred eyes. It is a reflection of NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST’s determination to make this the most powerful album in the band’s history.
The special edition Extreme Edition, which will be sold exclusively online, will be a luxurious 3-disc set consisting of the album CD, an instrumental CD, and a DVD featuring a collection of documentary footage, music videos and visualizers.
In addition, with the release of the album, NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST will also be holding in-store events at a total of 4 locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka.
Furthermore, the official website advanced ticket sales for the concert tour “THE AWAKEN TOUR 22”, which is scheduled to consist of 5 stops, will also open on March 5 (Sat) at 12:00pm (JST).
The band has also announced that this tour will consist of battle-of-the-bands concerts featuring guest appearances at each location.
Having organized and held a 6-days battle-of-the-bands concerts last year, NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST is scheduled to perform with bands of various genres, such as PROMPTS, a crowd of rebellion and THE KANMURI, this year as well.
